2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To qualify for a return: You must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on: Opened or used products Items marked as "final sale"
3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To initiate a return: Email us at support@asentralabs.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. REFUNDS
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been issued. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received the wrong item or your product arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.
