2. PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
3. SHIPPING TIMES & RATES
U.S. Shipping Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Flat rate or free on orders over $70, Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days): Available at checkout for an additional fee International Shipping Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand soon!
4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order at any time using the tracking link provided.
5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Asentra Labs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
